Objective

The objective of our campaign with Norton was to manage their roadshow, from campaign creative, all the way through to design, implementation and execution. The roadshow’s objective was to educate retail staff and customers on Norton products. Norton wanted to deliver this in a fun, creative and engaging way so challenged us to come up with for games room scenarios that would help support their educational goals in-line with the brand. The concept had to be transportable across the locations within the week-long roadshow.

Mechanics

Using the theme of the brand, GottaBe! created four game rooms to train retail staff on specific areas of Norton software. We creatively called these ‘Zombie Escape’, ‘Castle Showdown’, ‘Jungle Run’ and ‘Graffiti Fiends’.

We designed, printed, created and sourced a range of components to make a game for each game room, including back drops and props. The Games were designed specifically to be engaging for the audience whilst still reinforcing the message of the brand.

The Norton Roadshow travelled around four locations in the UK: Reading, Southampton, Bristol and Cardiff, we provided Brand Ambassadors to confidently deliver the activation for Norton as well as other staff to help with logistics.

It was also important throughout this campaign to have a follow-up metric. For this we delivered a bespoke Norton Roadshow website. This allowed retail staff to register with Norton for further trailing material etc. This website remained before and after the event to ensure that staff did not miss out on the opportunity, additionally we helped to promote the webpage through Norton’s monthly newsletter.
