VITA Student: Student engagement

Vita Student has changed the face of student accommodation since its launch in 2014. We recognised that a large segment of both domestic and International students wanted a more premium, experience led accommodation that the market was not providing. First class services, amazing events and experiences make Vita Student a unique proposition which has led to full occupancy across our residences and acclaimed industry recognition.

The brief

The aim of this campaign was to promote Vita Student’s new accommodation building in the Southampton area, attract potential residents to schedule viewings, and ultimately secure bookings for the upcoming academic year.

    Mechanics

    We started by creating and printing flyers and other promotional materials to provide information to potential residents. We also engaged with potential residents in person through our promotional staff and brand ambassadors. The brand ambassadors were stationed in Southampton City Centre and at halls of residence around the city.

    Additionally, a digivan drove around the city centre and university campuses, as well as halls of residence. Brochures and additional information were placed in the mailboxes of Southampton halls of residence.

    Results

    The campaign was highly successful and resulted in;

    Over 100 viewings booked
    Six confirmed bookings!
