
VITA Student: Student engagement
The brief
VITA Student tasked us with promoting their brand-new Southampton accommodation, with the goal of driving awareness, encouraging prospective residents to schedule viewings, and ultimately securing bookings for the upcoming academic year.
Mechanics
This campaign was built on high-impact, street-level tactics to get VITA Student in front of students exactly where they live, study, and socialise.
We developed and distributed printed materials and brochures with clear, engaging messaging. Our trained brand ambassadors hit the streets, targeting halls of residence and busy hotspots in Southampton City Centre to drive word-of-mouth and real-time engagement.
To top it off, a branded digivan circulated around key areas like university campuses and halls of residence to amplify visibility even further. We also placed leaflets and brochures directly into student mailboxes to ensure ongoing presence and discovery.
Results
Although we can confidently estimate a return on ad spend of 1.26 from the confirmed bookings during the campaign period, the longer-term brand impact and potential for additional bookings generated by awareness and referrals suggest that the true value could be even greater…
