
Rekorderlig: Summer Fete
The brief
We worked with Rekorderlig at the Summer Fete in Chichester Marina. The objective of the campaign was to sample two flavours of Rekorderlig Cider and work at the fete to drive footfall to our unique pitch location, The Rekorderlig Citroen Van. Along with this we were tasked to capture data of prospective customers for future Rekorderlig campaigns.
Mechanics
The campaign ran through the day and saw our Brand Ambassadors blind testing samples of Strawberry & Lime and Passion Fruit flavoured Rekorderlig at the Chichester Marina Summer Fete. Samplers were then asked to guess the flavour of Rekorderlig they had tried, if they got it correct, they would be entered into a prize draw at the end of the day to win a crate of Rekorderlig Cider.
As part of the taste testing our Brand Ambassadors were also there to promote the Rekorderlig truck in order to drive footfall and push sales on the day.
Results
Our campaign at the Summer Fete saw us hand out over 300 samples over the course of the afternoon. Of those 300 samples, 103 people guessed correctly and were entered into our prize draw, which of course gave us one very lucky winner!
From the day of activity Rekorderlig also saw a 109% increase in sales of their cider from the Rekorderlig Citroen Van.
