What this article covers

Exhibitions (also known as expos) and trade shows are amazing opportunities to get your brand in front of your target audience and engage them.

This is why expos and trade shows are part of our Engage solution.

    Our top tips for exhibitors:

    Strategic Booth Design

Invest in an eye-catching booth design that reflects your brand's identity and engages attendees. Use appealing visuals, clear signage, and interactive elements and activities to draw visitors to your booth.

    Effective Pre-show Marketing

Promote your participation in the event well in advance. Utilise email marketingsocial media, and other promotional channels to create buzz and attract a pre-qualified audience to your booth.

    Engage and Educate Attendees

Your staff at the stand should be knowledgeable and approachable, communicating your brand's message clearly. To train them, we recommend creating engaging presentations or demonstrations that showcase your products or services.

However, sometimes, these events fall on weekends or busy periods when your team is unavailable. In this instance, we recommend you consider promotional staffing.

    Lead Generation and Follow-up

Having a system in place for lead capture is essential for following up effectively. Collect attendees' contact information and specific details about their interests at the event and follow up promptly after the event to nurture these leads and convert them into customers.

Ensure that all data collected complies with your region's GDPR rules and regulations.

    Networking and Relationship Building

Trade shows offer an excellent opportunity to network with industry professionals.

Engage with fellow exhibitors and attendees to establish valuable connections. Building relationships can lead to collaborations, partnerships, and insights that benefit your business.

    Work with specialists

We don't like to brag, but delivering events is kind of our thing… we do have 15 years of experience in it, after all.

From planning right through to production, we can take your vision and make it a reality. Our team will work as an extension of yours to help you reach your objectives.
