GottaBe!'s epic summer social and team-building day

We at GottaBe! know that creativity needs a boost every now and then, which is why we recently put together a fantastic summer social and team-building event.
The day was all about celebrating our fantastic team and igniting fresh ideas, especially as we welcomed new members. We wanted to break down any barriers and bring everyone together while reinforcing our company values and sharing exciting updates about our business.
This kind of open dialogue helps us stay connected and motivated towards our collective goals.
Now let's get into the fun stuff…
Articulate, marshmallow madness, spaghetti towers, and Chinese whispers.
Not only did we have a blast, but we also had some meaningful moments that brought us closer together.
We started the day with a fun game of Bingo, where we connected with team members we don't usually get to chat with. Then, we played Chinese whispers, which tested our listening skills and allowed us to share our strengths and weaknesses with each other.
Of course, we had to throw in some healthy competition with a few rounds of Articulate. It was hilarious to see all of us struggle (and some of us follow the rules better than others), but it definitely encouraged some quick thinking and communication skills.
And finally, we had a blast with the Marshmallow and Spaghetti Tower competition, which brought out our competitive spirit and highlighted the importance of creative problem-solving and collaboration.

But the real magic of the day was in the connections formed and the creative sparks ignited.
We were able to break down any initial barriers and work together towards our collective goals. It was a powerful reminder of why we love working together and how important it is to keep collaborating and progressing as a team.
