What have we won?

We're delighted to announce we've been awarded both a winner and a runner-up award at the HSBC and FSB Small Business Growth Awards for the South and Thames Valley region.

The agencies GottaBe! Ethnic arm, won in the Diversity & Inclusion Award category for South and Thames Valley, while its brand experience and sampling division of the agency, GottaBe! Marketing, was also named the runner-up in the Expansion & Growth Award category.

The HSBC and FSB Small Business Growth Awards 2026 aim to give winners both regional and national exposure by celebrating outstanding UK small businesses and self‑employed individuals across eight categories. These include family business, innovation, sustainability, diversity and inclusion, service excellence, and expansion and growth. The awards recognise entrants for their contribution to business growth, exceptional customer service, and positive community impact.

Coming up trumps in the Diversity & Inclusion Award category represents the incredible work that we're doing at GottaBe! Ethnic to challenge industry norms and champions those brands looking to do the same.

A word from our Founder

Tomasz Dyl, our Founder & Managing Director said: “These awards belong to the whole team. Winning the Diversity & Inclusion Award and being runner up for Expansion & Growth is recognition of the collective effort we put into making a real difference in the marketing landscape.

DEI isn’t a ‘nice to have’ and it can’t be swept under the carpet - as we may unfortunately see elsewhere. We all have a responsibility to keep pushing ourselves to do better, and I’m hugely grateful to everyone who shows up every day to make that happen.

Expansion & Growth runners-up highlight the team’s continual work to avoid sitting on their laurels. We saw massive growth last financial year, with a mightily impressive 47.8% revenue growth year-on-year, upsizing our offices and continuing team growth in both numbers and expertise".

What's next?

As category winners, we've been invited to the National Final in London (4th June), where the National winner will be crowned.

This is not the agency's first win this year, we have picked up 3 awards at the FMBE Awards in London, including Gold for Best Small Scale Campaign for Western Union and two Bronze awards in the Client Retention category for our work with Norton and Western Union.
