Western Union

The core objective of much of our activity with Western Union revolved around merchandising and re-branding their store’s locations. With the pandemic came further opportunities for Western Union with some clever merchandising on branded safety materials such as screens.
The focus of the merchandising activity was to introduce promotional material focusing on Western Unions introduction of new pricing for the Filipino, Nigerian, Romanian, Polish, Bulgarian, USA & Canadian and Eurozone corridors. As part of this activity we had to remove old branding, some of which was incredibly outdated and implement new material.
The campaign ran across over 2,500 of Western Union’s UK stores and saw our expert merchandising team work with Western Union in each store to arrange the store layout in a much more customer friendly way, focusing on improving the customer experience. Along with this was the removal of lots of old material that was damaging the Western Union brand.
Part of the campaign also saw us educating store staff about the price changes to ensure they understood the promotional activity as well as why the work we were doing was so important to the brand.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic we also helped instal branded safety equipment at a vital time for Western Union to ensure not only their customer, but their staff stayed safe in these challenging times!

I have been very impressed with your approachability and speedy response times, whenever a request is sent. Thanks to Tomasz, even very last minutes projects run smoothly and I know that they are in good hands. I would go as far as to say you set a benchmark in client management that other companies could learn a lot from.Marketing Manager Western Union
