Here at GottaBe!, we take great pride in the quality of our work, and that’s why we only use high quality staff  to ensure that our campaigns run to best standards possible with outstanding efficiency and enthusiasm. The better our campaigns are run, the easier they are, and greater the results. The greater the results, the happier the client is! We want you to take pride and satisfaction in working with us.

To put it simply:

Happy staff = Great Campaign

Great Campaigns = Happy clients

This equals more bookings which gives you more work!

Presentation

High standards of presentation are key to creating a professional image! Below are some guidelines for you to follow (unless stated otherwise in briefing material)

  • Long hair should be tied back
  • Facial hair should be neatly trimmed or clean shaven
  • Unless stated otherwise in the brief, please wear comfortable black clothing and shoes. Please do not wear clothing with large branding. Try to cover branding/logos wear possible

Attitude

Most importantly, we want you to enjoy your work! We want you to be enthusiastic, the energy and buzz that you create will make the campaign a success!

Hours and breaks

It may seem obvious, but good time keeping is a must! It tells our clients that we’re dedicated, reliable and professional and reflects good on you.

  • Aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of your shift.
  • Your online booking will tell you your break entitlement for the day.
  • Please do not take breaks during peak footfall/trade.
  • Please let your shift manager (or client if necessary) know when you are taking your break, it’s important for us to know where you are!
  • When on your break, please remove/cover up any of the clients branding.
  • Always report to your shift manager when you start and finish your shift.

Checking In & Out

Please remember to check in & out with the Duty Manager at the start and end of your shift on 07882 381 668 by text message. Failure to do this could affect your payment for the shift.

Failure to turn up for shift

If you are unable to attend your shift due to illness or incapacity You should notify GottaBe! as soon as possible and no later than 9am on the first day of absence. You must inform the company of the anticipated duration of your absence, and provide supporting documentation from your GP i.e. Fit Note. A re-booking fee of £60.00 will be charged by GottaBe! on behalf of the Client to You if you fail to present any documentations i.e. fit not within two working days.

If You are unable to provide the Services for any reason other than illness or incapacity You should inform the Company as soon as possible and at least 2 working days before the first Day of the activity you are unable to complete. A re-booking fee of £60.00 will be charged by GottaBe! on behalf of the Client to You, if such notice has not been given.

Consumption

Whilst working on a campaign, please do not smoke, eat or chew gum etc. unless on a break. Under no circumstances should you consume or be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you take a prescription drug that could have an impact on your ability to work please notify your On-call Duty Manager in confidence on 07882 381 668.

Health and Safety

We will provide you with all relevant training prior to your shift to keep yourself and the public safe. Ultimately it is your responsibility to adhere to these rules and training to minimise any potential risk. If you feel that yourself or the public are unsafe at any time during the shift please contact our On-call Duty Manager on 07882 381 668.

Emergencies and Problems

If you have any problems contact us immediately on 02380 634283 during normal office hours which are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, Outside of these hours, please our On-Call Duty Manager on 07882 381 668.

Serious Misconduct

If you are involved in any serious misconduct you may be asked to leave and, in some circumstances suspended from GottaBe!’s staffing database. Listed below are examples of what we consider to be serious misconduct

  • Theft
  • Misuse of company property
  • Unauthorised disposal of leaflets or stock
  • Consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs while on duty

Feedback

Here at GottaBe!, we exist to make our clients and you happy by providing the best possible service. To do these we need to ensure that communication is clear and feedback is frequent. This is a two-way process, we like to tell you how you’re doing but we like to hear it from you too, positive or negative! Please let your On-call Duty Manager know and include it in your end of day report. This way we can learn and improve for the future.

On a side note, we understand that sometimes commitments change with work so if you are booked onto a campaign with us, but things change then please let us know as soon as you can so that we can find a replacement for you.
