The primary objective of the Tea India Open Yoga Class was to increase brand visibility among the target audience, educate consumers about the brand and its diverse offerings, and connect with them in a unique way by offering a complimentary yoga class.
This approach aimed to align Tea India with wellness and mindfulness, resonating with health-conscious consumers.
We were responsible for all aspects of the event, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for participants.
Our agency handled all sourcing, including Tea India-branded yoga mats, and managed the setup for the yoga class and the shop/stand. We designed the stand so it would resemble a traditional Indian shop, whilst still fitting with the event and being functional which created an immersive experience. This shop-inspired stand was central to engaging consumers and showcasing Tea India’s products.
We also hired a professional yoga instructor to lead the open class, offering participants a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The branded mats provided an additional touchpoint for brand visibility.
The event successfully enhanced Tea India’s brand visibility and allowed for meaningful connections with the target audience. Participants not only enjoyed the yoga class but also gained a deeper understanding of the brand’s offerings.
The traditional Indian shop-inspired stand was particularly effective in drawing attention and creating a memorable experience.
