Dorset Tea
After the success of Dorset Tea’s first Office Sampling campaign with us the previous year, the brand wanted to recreate the campaign to raise brand awareness and gather even more consumer feedback but this time specifically for Dorset Tea’s Sunshine Blend.
We aimed to target local audiences in and around Dorset and Hampshire, providing an opportunity for potential customers to experience the product and share their impressions.
Our team executed the Office Sampling campaign in 23 offices across four counties, including Dorset and Hampshire.
To ensure that the feedback was genuine and insightful, we collaborated closely with our office champions. Participants were then invited to share their opinions through an online survey, with questions designed by the client.
The Loop software was employed to collect and analyse the responses, ensuring a streamlined and accurate data collection process. Additionally, we designed and printed posters to be displayed around office buildings, informing employees about the promotion.
The campaign was a success, garnering 240 responses that provided valuable consumer insights. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with most respondents indicating that they found the Sunshine Blend to be on par with or superior to their usual tea. However, participants also stated barriers to purchasing and reasons to buy competitor’s products, which was incredibly valuable information for the brand.
